Always in search of an adventure and excitement, Kristen found her way to New York City after graduation, and has loved every minute of it. This San Diego native attended the University of Oregon and became a diehard Oregon Ducks fan. She can often be found sporting a Duck t-shirt or with Oregon football pictures gracing the background of her computer. Kristen graduated in 2010 with a B.S. in Business Administration concentrating in Marketing, and also holds a minor in Economics. Ultimately, she plans to go back to school to get an MBA and a PhD in Marketing to become a college professor.
With a slight obsession with college campuses, Kristen feels like she landed the perfect job out of college by becoming the College Marketing Coordinator for Manhattan GMAT. Interacting with college students, planning events on campuses, and learning more about universities around the country may not sound fun for most people, but for Kristen, this is a dream come true. Kristen worked as a college brand ambassador on two major campaigns for Macy’s and Microsoft during her undergraduate years and will take this knowledge to grow Manhattan GMAT’s presence on college campuses and help her associates to move their own marketing careers forward.
Besides being a fan of the Oregon Ducks, Kristen is also a huge fan of country music, bad reality television, and attending brunch every Sunday. And even though she misses the sunshine of San Diego, she is ready for anything that NYC has to throw at her.
