Mr. Caballero joined Manhattan GMAT in 2005 and was appointed Executive Director of Sales & Marketing in 2011. Mr. Caballero concentrates on Business Development and Corporate Growth Strategy. He explores net-new revenue opportunities, facilitates market expansion, cultivates the supply of teachers and customer demand, and builds strategic partnerships within the Business School ecosystem.

Mr. Caballero began as a Boston-based GMAT instructor, teaching Manhattan GMAT’s flagship courses at Harvard, Google, and The Boston Consulting Group. He has taught over 1500 GMAT students, logged 2000+ teaching hours, and guided dozens of our alums into Top 10 Business Schools. Now New York-based, Mr. Caballero continues to teach occasionally, staying connected to the educational lifeblood of our organization.

Prior to joining Manhattan GMAT, Mr. Caballero co-founded a Boston-based sales and marketing consultancy, generating over $500 Million in sales pipeline for technology clients such as SAP and Boeing Systems. Mr. Caballero earned his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, for which he is a passionate evangelist.

A Los Angeles native, Mr. Caballero earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from UCLA. After college, Mr. Caballero performed program management, business development, and contract negotiation for pioneering organizations such as NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Raytheon’s Radar Division, the U.S. Navy’s Wireless Communications group, and United Technologies’ F-22 Raptor team. Mr. Caballero resides in quaint Hoboken with his magnificent wife, enjoying road trips and sci-fi.
