Position Description
Manhattan GMAT seeks a motivated and energetic full-time professional to fulfill the role of Administrative Coordinator. The Administrative Coordinator will fulfill the role of a Recruitment Professional at a small and growing enterprise. Duties include:-
Identifying, screening, and recruiting all new hires including posting job descriptions, screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews. New hires range from full-time staff to part- time operation associates in each of our satellite markets (Chicago, Boston, LA, San Francisco, Washington DC) to part-time GMAT instructors all over the country.

Sourcing new Instructor candidates from top universities, companies, and organizations.

Acting as liaison between any new hire and the relevant functional department.

Maintaining and improving departmental training materials.

Administrative duties regarding Company management.

General office tasks.
Qualifications
