Private Tutoring (NYC)

Private Tutoring is generally best suited for students who have taken a prep course but need a few sessions of additional personalized instruction to reach their goal scores. It is also appropriate for individuals who have identified discrete weaknesses that they would to address. If you fit either of these profiles, tutoring is likely the best option for your GMAT preparation.

Discuss your GMAT experience and preparation needs with a Student Services Associate.
Place a $20 deposit to begin the process of matching you with an instructor. Once an instructor has been assigned, he or she will contact you to set up your first session.
Complete an online diagnostic test, which will serve as the first assessment tool for your tutor. Based upon these results, your tutor will formulate a GMAT curriculum to fit your needs.
Meet with your instructor and work out a concrete study guide for the remainder of your tutoring program.

Following this guide, you and your tutor will work together towards your GMAT goals. Please note that all ManhattanGMAT Private Tutoring Packages (15, 20, and 25 hours) come with the Complete ManhattanGMAT Curriculum. All hourly sign-ups include only our Computer Adaptive Practice Exams.

Standard Tutoring - 15 hours Fifteen hours with one of Manhattan GMAT's expert instructors is the equivalent of taking a 9-session GMAT prep course. All content areas and question types can be covered, but you will not likely have time to delve deeply into areas where you may be weak. Alternatively, a 15 hour package can be used as a supplement to GMAT preparation that you have already started.	$3450 $230 per hour
Premium Tutoring - 20 hours A 20-hour standard package is the option to choose if you know that you need a little more depth than that which could theoretically be covered in a typical course. Additionally, if you need intensive help in one subject area, this package would be a good fit.	$4370 $230 per hour (one free hour)
Deluxe Tutoring - 25 hours The Deluxe Package of tutoring with Manhattan GMAT is for the student who wants and needs the most comprehensive preparation program available. With a 25-hour package, you and your instructor will navigate the curriculum as determined by on-going assessments, your goals, and timeline.	$5290 $230 per hour (two free hours)
