Jennifer has taught and tutored well over 2,000 students in nearly a decade of test teaching, eventually parlaying her 1600 on the SAT into a 1600 on the GRE and a 780 on the GMAT (plus, she just happens to know 35 digits of pi).

She is the author of Manhattan GMAT's Foundations of Verbal book, Manhattan GRE's "500 Essential Words" and "500 Advanced Words" sets of flashcards, and portions of at least ten other books published by Manhattan GMAT, Manhattan GRE, and other educational publishers. One of these books was a logic textbook in which Jen inserted some exercises involving ninjas. She has taught classes in environments ranging from Bronx public schools to Manhattan consulting firms to an intensive Korean-American hagwon, or study academy. She is ridiculously excited about helping people.

Jennifer is also a Dartmouth graduate who founded her first company while an undergraduate, and had ten employees by the time she graduated. She has worked as a Director of Marketing and has spoken at colleges and universities on internet marketing, writing and interviewing skills, and productivity. Her whitepaper on internet marketing metrics has appeared in graduate-level course readers at California Polytechnic University.

When she's not helping students decimate the GMAT, Jennifer makes it her personal mission to make education humorous and humor educational. She co-hosts the Williamsburg Spelling Bee (that's Williamsburg, Brooklyn), a real spelling bee for adults, as featured in the New York Times and in international press from Sydney to Tokyo. She has done standup for the troops in the Middle East and Africa, and performs humorous one-woman shows including "What Philosophy Majors Do After College" and "The Punctuation Show" at colleges, book festivals, and other places where people find Socrates and semicolons entertaining.

She is working on a book about speed math.
