“With Beat the GMAT’s scholarship program, our company will be able to help a handful of deserving students achieve their score goals. We are proud to work with Beat the GMAT because it represents a community that believes, as we do, that mastering the content is the best way to prepare for the test,” said Andrew Yang, CEO of Manhattan GMAT.
Applicants will be judged on a number of factors: their stated interest in going to business school, merit for the scholarship, and need. Scholarship awardees will be notified at the end of May, and prizes will be redeemable until May, 2008.
“Top business schools reject between 75 and 90 percent of their applicants, the majority of whom are more than qualified. With this scholarship program, we are aiming to give those who would not otherwise have access to our resources an edge in the competitive admissions process,” said Stacy Blackman, President of Stacy Blackman Consulting.
