Position Overview

The main responsibility will be relaying incoming phone calls to different departments and contributing to providing exceptional customer service. Other responsibilities include assisting senior staff in office-related tasks, opening the office space on some days and other duties reasonably expected of someone working in a small and growing company. This position is part-time Monday-Wednesday 9am—5PM and may become a full-time position for the right candidate.

Qualifications

Applicants must be very friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, and extremely responsible. Experience handling multi-line phones a plus. In addition, a minimum 6-month commitment is required.
