Position Description

The Marketing Associate will be part of the Manhattan GMAT Marketing Team, but will focus on helping to strategically develop our new brand, Manhattan GRE. The Marketing Associate will spearhead various sales and marketing initiatives, including online initiatives. This position allows for hands-on experience in a quickly-expanding small Company environment, and affords substantial responsibility and room for professional growth.

  • Developing targeted marketing campaigns and executing marketing plans
  • Initiating and growing partnerships with advertisers and relevant organizations
  • Developing social media marketing campaigns
  • Owning and managing large-scale projects
  • Planning and coordinating events
  • Helping to establish Manhattan GRE as the premier GRE test prep offering
  • Advising students on Company offerings and providing general student services

Qualifications

  • Degree or coursework in marketing-related field and/or job experience with similar emphasis
  • History of experience that highlights creativity, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and initiative
  • Substantial team leadership experience
  • Excellent communications (oral and written) and interpersonal skills, ability to work well both independently and in a team environment, and the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks within demanding deadlines
  • Availability and flexibility to work Company operational hours, including weekday evenings and weekends

Compensation

  • $45,000 base salary plus performance bonus with strong potential for growth
  • Medical benefits, optional participation in 401K plan, and paid vacation
