Hi,

I am having trouble with Word Translation on the Quant section. I am generally not very strong with reading comprehenshion. However, I have been able to significantly improve my reading comp and critcal reasoning through dilligent practice. What should I do to improve my word translation skills. A systematic approach would probably be the most usefull to me. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

Hi Mobenny,

I think that this kind of question can be better addressed in person with your instructor. In order to help you determine how to improve, we need to examine why you're having difficulty with Word Translations, and where you're getting tripped up. I might also suggest calling Student Services if you need private tutoring, a Post-Course Assessment, or Post-Exam Assessment. If you're taking the class right now, make sure you're making use of the Office Hours.
