Where to put the access code which is at the back of book?

I have bought the Foundations of GMAT Verbal Strategy Supplement from a retail location. I had created my account prior to purchasing the book. I don't know where to put the access code at the back of the book to access my online resources. Please help me with it.

Hi Matt,

I bought 3 Manhattan GMAT books - Reading Comprehension, Critical Reasoning and Sentence Correction. On the inside of the back cover it has the sticker with the access code. However, when I get to http://www.manhattangmat.com/access.cfm, I do not see any input field into which I can enter the access code. Can you please let me know where and how I need to enter the access codes?
