Hey, guys
I'm sure you've noticed that we're ridiculously behind. The application season is heating up and we've been getting more posts than we can respond to in a day. We're starting to figure out some ways to keep this instructor help going without totally exhausting our instructors or driving the company into the ground. :) Please bear with us while we try to get back on track.
One thing we've started is a new OG folder using a particular protocol for questions and responses specifically from the OG. When you have an OG question first, please go take a look at that folder and see if someone else has already asked about that question. Also, please make sure to use the Subject protocol that's used in that thread, so we can continue to index OG questions. Maybe we'll even have a full OG Explanations guide eventually so we can have better explanations than what the book provides!
Happy studying!
Stacey

Another idea: do a search for a particular problem (take a snippet of text from the question to search) and you may just find your question already answered. We've got hundreds (maybe thousands!) of problems and responses floating around here now.
