Hi!! A 700 GMAT for someone from your background may present a hurdle. It's not that a 700 is a bad score - far from it, in fact. And the fact that you got in the 80th percentile for quant, also is good. But what's tough for you is that you are from this overrepresented demographic that typically produces applicants who score very well on the GMAT. We often see scores from male Indian technologists that run well into the mid-700s, if not higher.
All that being said, I like that you recognize that the GMAT isn't the only thing that business schools look at when evaluating an applicant. What you can do to improve your chances is to really build a strong story of career accomplishments (not responsibilities) about yourself, and show the AdCom that you are someone that would be a real asset to their business school community.
