Which expressions are correct?

Please help to answer which expression(s) are correct:

I like to play football, and he_______

1) likes it too.
2) likes to do so too.
3) likes so too.
4) does so too.
5) does too.

I think all is correct except for 1); but I am not sure about 3).

1 and 3 are definitely wrong. the others all look technically correct but some have wording that probably wouldn't make it through the GMAT's filters..
