I tried to solve the example using the algebra method, however got a different answer as follows
(100Z- ZY)/X
After going through the explanation, I tried to switch sides in the equation, and got the answer which matches the one given in the answer choice.
Does it imply that the final answer to an algebric expression could be different but have the same meaning, or did I solve it incorrectly?

Just to provide additional information, the book explains it by writing "XY/100 + ZY/100= Z" instead of the way I solved it, which was "XY = 100Z - YZ"
As a result the answer I got as compared to the book was different.
While the book gives an answer in the format " Y = 100Z/X+Y "
Please find below the solution I gave
XY/100 = Z- ZY/100 XY= 100Z - ZY Y = (100Z-ZY)/X
