does anyone know how to solve this?

It is difficult to explain without labeling the triangle but will try..

Let y be the equal angles of the bottom triangle and z be the equal angles of the triangle on the top.

Since x, y, z form a straight line x+y+z = 180

Also, in the quadrilateral, 90+x+(180-y)+(180-z) = 360 (total of angles in a quadrilateral).

this gives z+y = x+90, substitute in first equation:
x+90 +x = 180 => 2x = 90 => x = 45.

Is that right?
