I'm having a very difficult time finding information on schools that are not tier 1. For example UC San Diego's class profile can't be found anywhere. Suggestions or tips on good sites?

BusinessWeek (www.businessweek.com) is a very through resource for virtually all schools. On the site, you can find rankings of the top 30 and then it breaks the schools down into tiers thereafter. The Economist (www.economist.com) and the Financial Times (www.ft.com) have pretty extensive ranking which include international programs.

These are a few good places to start.
