Hugo is considered to be our best employee, becasue he works harder and more creatively than anyone else in the comp.
1) What would be the superlative form for "Works Harder" - works harderst? :) doesnt sound great.
2) If we were to change the above sentence: becasue he works ______ (hard) and _____ (creative) than all employees in the comp.
(MGMAT - SC - Page 131 - Q14.)

hard, harder, hardest. :) The problem here is that if you want to use the superlative you have to change the structure of the sentence as well: He works the hardest and most creatively of anyone in the comp..
