Optiob B compares the Consumer and Producer Prices increasing with Interest rates increasing - So using AS seems right to me

Whereas E compares Consumer and Producer prices with Interest rates - IMO you have to use LIKE when comparing nouns

this doesn't appear to be a gmatprep problem. not only is the style noticeably different from that of most official problems, but there's the problem of that "641" out front (which would not be there if this were an official problem).

btw, "as" compares clauses (with subjects and verbs); "like" can only be used for nouns or noun phrases. you should eliminate the choices that don't conform to this rule.
