whoa, no, it doesn't work like that. please read the forum rules.

* DO NOT USE IMAGE FILES unless there are graphics and/or formulas that CANNOT be written in the forum using normal typing. many of our users (and even moderators, at times) don't have the bandwidth for image files to load within a reasonable amount of time.

* much more importantly, POST A SEPARATE THREAD FOR EACH QUESTION.

* also, make sure to search the forums for the problems before you post them. this thing has been going for a while, so there are threads on most problems by this point (although it sometimes takes a little creativity with the search box to find them).
