I don't understand either. Why it is not A?

Thanks,

Its not D because "Which" can never refer back to the entire clause preceeding it. Which refers back to the preceeding noun (Wingspan in this case). Quetzalcoatlus is believed to be the largest flying creature the world has ever seen and not the Wingspan.
Someone correct me if I am wrong here.
What is the correct answer?
I'll go with C even though it sounds weird.

Note: MGMAT SC says "believed to be" is CORRECT
probably here tense is the real issue

A and D are clearly OUT

Although no source was cited in this thread, this question is from 1000SC. 1000SC is a banned source on this forum because it illegally uses copyrighted problems without permission. (And, even if it didn't, we'd ban it anyway - a lot of the problems in the set are fine, but there are a number of bad ones that can actually mess up your study if you use them!)

Please post questions only about our Verbal Strategy Guides in this folder.

The discussions in the links above took place before we banned this source, and I think you'll find your answers there.
