Dear MGMAT

I am a return customer. I recently purchased one of the study guides to get access to the 6 CAT exams as I plan to retake the GMAT. As I entered in the code, I noticed that my account status was the same as when I had taken the exam before.

I would like to have the CAT's reset to represent my new purchase and so that I can start from square one. Please let me know how this can be done.
