Howdy! I saw an ad for ManhattanGMAT saying you were interested in hiring instructors in the Austin area. I have a few questions about teaching for ManhattanGMAT that I was wondering if you could answer.

You ask applicants to "make a minimum 1-year commitment, averaging a minimum of 3 hours of instruction per week." Do you, ManhattanGMAT, make the same commitment to your instructors? That is, if hired, will you be able to guarantee me a certain level of work? I'm hoping for a steady, reliable income from a job, and I don't want to be left wondering each month whether or not I'd have work the next month.

If hired, would you be able to offer more than three hours per week of work? Are you looking to hire a new instructor for each new class, or do you offer the opportunity for more classes to existing instructors?

I see that you're not yet offering classes in Austin. When do you plan on starting? Where will classes take place? Are you already offering one-on-one tutoring in Austin?

Thanks in advance for any information you can provide.

they are all gone for summer vacation now. Ask back in Fall. They haven't answered any posts for about 3 weeks now. Goodluck!
