Q6 in Geometry Question Bank

Is quadrilateral ABCD a rectangle?

(1) Line segments AC and BD bisect one another.

(2) Angle ABC is a right angle.


Answer key says (C). But wouldn't it be (E)?

Couldn't this shape also be a kite with a 90 degree angle at the top, making it NOT a rectangle?
