Hi! It sounds like you have a solid profile, and should be a strong candidate for the top MBA programs. My best advice in putting together your applications is to highlight your accomplishments at work - not your responsibilities - and look for ways to showcase your strengths by using compelling anecdotes. Also, in stating a career goal, I would stick to one idea in your applications so it appears to the AdCom that you have a firm direction of what you want to do after business school.
