Here's the thing. High GPAs and GMATs won't get you in, but low GPAs and GMATs can keep you out.
In your case, given your low GPA, you really need a high GMAT to stay competitive. Your GMAT isn't bad (it's at the edges of the middle 80%), but for the schools you mentioned you ideally want above 700 or else the adcom will have a tougher time seeing past your GPA/GMAT combo. You should re-take the GMAT if you have time. If you don't have the time, then all you can do is submit your apps for the Round 2 deadlines, and hope for the best (it's not impossible, but you are fighting an uphill battle so don't be surprised if you don't get in).
