I attended all classes, but due to work, fell behind in the homework. In addition, I did not take any practice exams.

It has been over a month now since the course ended for me, and I am ready/eager to try and go through this material again.

So, in short, I have all of the course materials, but now need a study plan to get through all of the course material and be ready for the exam (which I have yet to schedule).

There is a lot of material to cover. What is the best game plan for studying? Should I simply go through the syllabus again (as if I were taking the course over, less the classes)?

If you weren't actually able to complete the homework or practice tests during the class, then basically do the course again (watching the taped classes in place of the live classes) - just like you were supposed to do it the first time around. That'll take about 9 weeks. You have access to the online materials for 3 months from the last day of class, so you may need to extend your access a little bit - contact the office if that turns out to be the case (800.576.GMAT or studentservices@manhattangmat.com). There is a small fee to extend access, but I don't know what it is, unfortunately.
