Everyone has this problem. What to do? Start being VERY disciplined about taking 2 minutes for each question. Period. When you practice, put an answer down within 2 minutes. When you take the test, force yourself to let go and move on when necessary.
No matter how good you get, you will continue to have to let go and move on - the test will just keep giving you harder and harder stuff as you get better. So if you don't learn how to do this, you will continue to underperform!
