One reason I have always used Manhattan GMAT is because you have amazing customer service. Specifically, when I pick up the phone to call a REAL person answers right away.

However, last night I called and was stuck in some endless loop of a new voicemail system. PLEASE do not do this. It doesn't matter how good your system is, just hire someone to route the calls - not a machine!
