Thank you for your inquiry.

Well, you are a part of the uber-competitive pack of Indian engineers, but fortunately for you, you have a variety of attributes which set you apart. First of all, you are working for a well-known American brand and one that is currently ascendant with the rebirth of the agricultural market. Second, you have the word “chair” and “diversity” in the same title – two words which b-schools love, which should bode well for you. Finally, your volunteer experiences outside of your workplace are unusual, particularly the education program at the county jail.

In an ultra-competitive year, you should have an opportunity to differentiate yourself. If you executed on your essays, you should have a decent chance of capturing the attention of the AdCom.

Sincerely,
Jeremy Shinewald
