Complex carbs, protein and fat. For breakfast, try eggs and whole wheat toast. Bring a peanut butter and jelly sandwich on whole wheat toast to the exam center. To drink, either drink water or fresh-squeezed 100% juice - don't drink stuff with caffeine, high-fructose corn syrup, or other artificial sweeteners (think complex carbs, not simple sugars).
Eat to about 80% full, not 100%, so you won't feel sluggish during the test. Good luck! |

Everything you bring will be placed in a locker, including bottled water. The only thing you can physically bring to your testing computer station is your ID and locker key.
