Neither is correct, actually. Who/whom has to refer to people. For a bank, you would say "with which I have had an account."
You also generally would not use where because where is supposed to refer to a physical / geographic location. Now, the bank does have a physical location, but you are not trying to say something about the physical location of your account (indeed - your account doesn't actually have a physical location). You're trying to say that you have an account with that bank - so "with which." |
