Please clear my doubt:
I have understanding that modifier modifies the noun, it touches upon. However, i am still in doubt
whether red bold phrase modifies community service center or fifty villages in above three sentences. please answer?
Does second sentence maintains parallelism on both sides of the ten times as many as ?
