CAT 2 question: parallelogram

Hello.
Could you please comment on below question from CAT 2 Exam? I think there is something wrong, 'cause it also might be square.

In the quadrilateral PQRS, side PS is parallel to side QR. Is PQRS a parallelogram?

(1) PS = QR

(2) PQ = RS

Answer says that it's A.
