I have a doubt in MGMAT CAT IR Medical Supplies-3 Question. I am able to paste the screenshot on the message body.

I think there is some error in the explanation of the Qs.

The Explanation states that :

Statement 1: No. Email #1 indicates that the 20-injection syringes sell for $20 per 50 syringes, or $20 / 50 = $0.40 per syringe. Each syringe is guaranteed for 20 uses, or $0.40 / 20 = $0.02 per guaranteed use.

Email #2 indicates that the 30-injection syringes sell for $30 per 50 syringes, or $30 / 50 = $0.60 per syringe.( The Email-2 Suggests $30 for a box of 20) Each syringe is guaranteed for 30 uses, or $0.60 / 30 = $0.02 per guaranteed use. Per guaranteed use, the two syringes cost the same: $0.02.

Kindly explain.

Also if i have made any grammatical error in the above message kindly let me know. My average score in Verbal is only 30-32. Thanks :)

The question is also posted here - the-customer-is-planning-to-order-more-than-enough-syringes-t16386.html

however isnt the second offer 20 for $30? Unless that is a typo which would make them per use slightly more (66 cents/30 = .022)?
