#### DS - Ratio between flour and sugar

 Can someone please explain Statement 2 is not sufficient?What is the ratio of the number of cups of flour to the number of cups of sugar required in a recipe?1) # of cups of flour is 250% greater than # of cups of sugar2) 1.5 more cups of flour than sugar are requiredThanks!

 test numbers:if flour is 2, sugar is .5 and ratio is 4:1..if flour is 3, sugar is 1.5 and ratio is 2:1.. _________________Tim SandersManhattan GMAT Instructor
