Ex: "I am looking for a one-bedroom apartment with furniture included"
'with furniture included' - is this incorrect? is this construction always wrong?

not necessarily. it depends on what the prepositional phrase appears to be modifying. rather than trying to adopt a strict rule, look at what the phrase could be modifying and see if it makes sense and is unambiguous. what exactly are you looking for more examples of?
