Hi ksc311,
While you will get greater insights into how the GMAT works and will cover some additional practice questions, the material covered in our books for the most part closely matches the material we teach in our 9-session course. However, what you get with a full course that you do not get with a self-study package is an interactive teaching experience and the ability to ask questions and interact with your classmates. If you feel like you can navigate the terrain of the exam on your own, then the self-study package makes the most sense. However, if you feel like you'd benefit from someone to guide you from start to finish, then the in-person class would be ideal. If you have any follow-up questions, just let us know by contacting studentservices@manhattangmat.com or call 800-576-4628. Best, Michael Dinerstein Marketing and Student Services Associate |
