I recently purchased Manhattan Critical reasoning guide - 4th edition.I am not able to access the 6 online tests using the 32 digit code given in the back of my book. After logging , it gives me the prompt of 'The serial code you have entered is NOT valid. Please check the code and re-enter by clicking ' I am entering the correct code as given in the book, then why is there a problem accessing the tests? I have also send an email to books@manhattangmat.comKindly assist in resolving this asap.

The receipt I have is in hard copy, so I wrote down the contents of the bill in the email and sent it. I haven't received any reply since then. What should I do now?
