OG - Problem Solving - Q206

Can anyone help explain this?

In the circle above, PQ is parallel to diameter OR, and OR has length 18. What is the length of the minor arc PQ?

Hi - we need to see the picture to answer the question. In addition, the answer choices are not listed.

Others have taken screen shots and used an image hosting service to post the diagram on geometry problems.
