Hi All,

Does anyone have any recommendations of what are some good foods to eat before the exam? My exam is at 9:00 AM in the morning. I was just curious if there are certain foods that are recommended over others...

Additionally, are there specific snacks that would be better to eat during the breaks?

Thanks for help!!

Complex carbs, protein and fat. For breakfast, try eggs and whole wheat toast. Bring a peanut butter and jelly sandwich on whole wheat toast to the exam center. To drink, either drink water or fresh-squeezed 100% juice - don't drink stuff with caffeine, high-fructose corn syrup, or other artificial sweeteners (think complex carbs, not simple sugars).

Eat to about 80% full, not 100%, so you won't feel sluggish during the test. Good luck!

Everything you bring will be placed in a locker, including bottled water. The only thing you can physically bring to your testing computer station is your ID and locker key.
