and where did you get this list? it's a fairly extensive list, so it's probably copied from somewhere. please tell us where you got it (ORIGINAL source -- it's not good enough to name another forum as the source), or we will have to delete it. thanks. of course, if you did make it up yourself, tell us that, too.
