My name is Mayank Rastogi, I attended an online trial class on Tuesday (03/09/2010), as it turns out that I will not be able to join the live class at this time, I am planning to register for the Self Study plus (with recorded sessions). After the trial class, I got an email that I am eligible for a 100$ discount if I register for the class, I called your office this morning and confirmed that this 100$ discount can also be applied for the Self Study Plus class. I just tried to buy this course but it is not letting me apply the 100$ discount. Can you please advice me how can I buy this class and get the discount ?

I have another question, due to my busy and uncertain work schedule for the next month I will not be able to join the Live Class and that is why I am going with Self Study Plus option to have a more flexible schedule for watching the class and doing homework. I am wondering if lets say a month or two into the program I feel that I am not able to the get required discipline and I feel I need to switch to Live Classes, At that point Would I be able to upgrade from Self Study Plus option to Live Class by paying the difference in the cost ?? Also would I be able to join an ongoing session (in case I dont feel the need to start from class 1 or would I then have to wait for the next batch to start and join from class 1?)
(I did ask this question when I called your office today and was told that I would be able to do the upgrade but I just want to make sure that there was no confusion on either part)

Hi Mayank.

If you spoke to somebody in Student Services about the discount, you can just give us a call back and we will help you register for the GSS Prep Plus package using your discount. In order to use it on a GSS Prep Plus instead of a class, you have to do so over the phone.

In terms of upgrading, you are absolutely correct. If you choose to upgrade from a GSS Prep Plus to a Live Online class (or an in-person class) we will only charge you the difference, so that will always be an option for you.
