How to reset CAT Exam?

Hi,
I already complete the first CAT exam and once I've seen my results, nothing else appears and CAT exam status is "results preview". I'd like to continue with the second exam but no second exams appears bellow... what can I do??

Hi

I looked at your profile, and it looks like the only thing in your account right now is a free CAT exam. We only give you one free CAT when you sign up for the free CAT exam. In order to get the other five, you have to either purchase one of our books or purchase the access directly. You can do both from our store: http://www.manhattangmat.com/Store.cfm

If you have already purchased more than just the free exam, it may be an issue of having more than one profile with us. Feel free to give us a call at 1-800-576-4628 to go over it in more detail. Or, send us an email at studentservices [at] manhattangmat.com.

Hi I am also unable to reset the CAT exams...
Can you please reset my account. also I am not able to view the Online lab tests on each topics.
Can soe one please help me with this???
