instructor says i have to finish it before the 7th week class. but the instructions says i have 3 months even after the 9 week class. which is it? i have no time to write it this week. stressed.

You can do it whenever. I did mine about a month after I finished the course. I believe the discount code is only good for 6 months from the time you sign up for the class though.
