I'm just wondering if there is a new program for the Online Labs because the interface looks different (or is it my own computer that has been reconfigured). A new interface would be fine in itself, but I am having trouble jumping to other chapters and if i try to fastforward or click on another area along the status bar it freezes. Any feedback would be great!

You are not mistaken. The interface is different from the one you were seeing. We are currently sorting out a sync issue between the audio and slides and hope to have the Flash labs back up shortly.

Regarding your issue with the freezing, there could be any number of reasons that this is happenning. Tech Support will contact you and help you resolve this issue.
