I don't live in a city where an MGMAT course is offered so I bought access to the MGMAT online CAT's, challenge problems, and question banks, as well as the set of 8 MGMAT Prep guides. I absolutely love the books and the online problems; I find them extremely useful.

But, I was hoping the online forums would be more helpful. I have posted a handful of math and verbal questions to the forums (under Anne1276 and "guest") and had hoped for some help/attention to my concerns. Generally the response time has been very delayed if not totally negligent. Should I curb my expectations in terms of what help I should expect from the forums? I was really looking forward to instructor explanations and feedback.

Thanks for clarification on this matter.

Hi Anne1276,
I would also go to beatthegmat.com and register on that site. There is a subforum in the "GMAT strategy" forum that is called "Ask Manhattan GMAT." You can post any questions or problems that you are having trouble with..and someone, usually Stacey Koprince from Manhattan GMAT, will help you with whatever you might need. She is very good with anything to do with both Manhattan GMAT material and, also with anything about the the GMAT itself as well. I visit beatthegmat.com every day. I highly recommend using that forum for any help that you might need. But, I would still use this forum because I have noticed that someone from Manhattan GMAT replies to most every post or comment here. I think that there seems to be more activity on beatthegmat.com than on this forum. I don't really understand why because Manhattan GMAT always responds to any questions or concerns that I have ever had.

Thanks Greg for your suggestions to Anne, and Anne - I would definitely agree that Beat the GMAT is a great resource as well.

As for the delay here, I apologize. The Student Services area generally has less activity; I must have missed your post. If you need anything else from us, please let us know at studentservices@manhattangmat.com. You can also send an email to me directly at kim@manhattangmat.com.

Best wishes,
