I haven't taken my GMAT yet but if my practice tests are any indication, I should be getting around the 680-710 range.
I graduated from UC Berkeley with a 3.8 GPA in Political Science and have been working for a top tier management consulting firm for two years now. I won't be applying until I have at least three and a half years of experience under my belt.

I am thinking of applying to Duke, Virginia (Darden), UCLA, USC.

What do you think my chances are? Thanks.

I have had extensive international experience while working for this firm. I am currently at the Tokyo office and I have worked with several staff and clients around the world. I think this adds value to my profile. thanks!

Based on what you wrote, you should be in the mix for the schools you mentioned, so long as you do the best you can on the applications. There are plenty of people like you who get in, and there are plenty of people like you who get dinged. Just do your best, and hope for the best.
