Adjusted CGPA

I completed my undergraduate with a CGPA of 3.18 from McGill in 2003 . In order to bolster my chances of getting into the top schools ; I re-took a microeconomics class and a Calculus class at a local community college recently, and I got As in both of these classes. ( earlier I had obtained Cs for similar courses at McGill). When I report my CGPA for my B-school app, should I report the adjusted CGPA or my do I report my "original" 3.18 ?

Thanks
Jason

Report the actual GPA, and disclose the post-college courses in the "additional information" section in the application form (or in the optional essay if there is no specific section in the form itself asking you to explain or disclose anything not included in the application such as choice of recs, gaps in work history, low grades, etc.).
