Do I qualify for schools such as MIT and UVA?

Re-take your GMAT if you can. Your GMAT is at the acceptable floor for those schools, which may not be enough. You are a middle-of-the-road candidate (folks like you get in, folks like you get dinged) so you will need all the help you can (and all the luck you can).
