If you don't spell Kellogg correctly, then your chances there are basically zero.
In any case, schools look at the composite as well as the split - as to whether they combine the best from multiple attempts, you'll have to check with the individual school; as far as I know few if any do. As for your chances, it's hard to say. It comes down to how well you execute the application, how well you interview, and so forth.
